The lysates of Hela (40ug) and Mouse brain (40ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human 14-3-3 gamma antibody (1:1000) Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.

The recombinant proteins (50ng) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PDVF membrane and probed with anti-human 14-3-3 gamma antibody (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.

概要 The 14-3-3 family of proteins plays a key regulatory role in signal transduction, checkpoint control, apoptotic and nutrient-sensing pathways. 14-3-3 proteins are highly conserved and ubiquitously expressed. There are at least seven isoforms, Beta, Gamma, Epsilon, Delta, Zeta, Tau and Eta that have been identified in mammals. The 14-3-3 gamma, a subtype of the 14-3-3 family of proteins, was thought to be brain and neuron-specific. It has been shown to interact with RAF1 and protein kinase C, proteins involved in various signal transduction pathways.
