CD19+ human B-lymphocytes were stained with Goat Anti-Human Kappa, Mouse ads-UNLB (SB Cat. 2061-01) and Goat F(ab’)2 Anti-Human Lambda, Mouse ads-PE (SB Cat. No. 2073-09) followed by Mouse Anti-Goat IgG Fc-AF488 (SB Cat. No. 6158-30).
FLISA plate was coated with purified goat IgG Fc and IgG Fab. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Mouse Anti-Goat IgG Fc-AF488 (SB Cat. No. 6158-30).
BALB/c mouse splenocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Mouse CD19-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1576-01) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgA-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1040-01) and Mouse Anti-Goat IgG Fc-AF488 (SB Cat. No. 6158-30).
Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD3-UNLB followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1, Human ads-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1070-01) and Mouse Anti-Goat IgG Fc-AF488 (SB Cat. No. 6158-30).
