※サムネイル画像をクリックすると拡大画像が表示されます。 データシート 商品ページ 概要 Z-PETH reacts primarily with phosphatidylethanol (of synthetic or natural origin) and demonstrates low cross-reactivity with other lipids and phospholipids including phosphatidylcholine phosphatidylethanolamine phosphatidic acid phosphatidylserine phosphatidylglycerol sphingomyelin andcholesterol.The following applications have been demonstrated by Echelon Biosciences: ELISA (0.5 I？g/mL) and fluorescent microscopy (2.5 I？g/mL). Z-PETH recognizes phosphatidylethanol (PEth) biotinylated PEth or fluorescent PEth depending on the application. Additional in vitro and cellular applications are possible using this antibody but have not been verified by Echelon.Storage4 A°C for up to 30 days.
