| 概要 |
Low molecular weight cytokeratin. Its expression is restricted
to the epithelia and theirs neoplasms. Overexpression of CK7
had been detected in the majority of epithelial carcinomas. It is
successfully used in detection of renal cell carcinomas, ovarian
metastatic carcinomas and in discriminating the primary pulmonary
adenocarcinoma from metastatic adenocarcinoma.
