| 使用目的 |
Panaxadiol is a triterpene sapogenin originally found in species of Panax (ginseng) that exhibits anticancer, cardioprotective, anti-arrhythmic, and antioxidative activities. Panaxadiol inhibits Ca2+ channels, decreasing channel open time and open state probability in vitro and displaying anti-arrhythmic potential. This compound also increases superoxide dismutase activity and decreases malondialdehyde levels, improving cardiac function in animal models of burn injury. Additionally, panaxadiol improves efficacy of co-administered chemotherapeutics such as cyclophosphamide in animal models of melanoma and lung carcinoma.
