Practically insoluble in water, dilute acids and saturated hydrocarbons. 使用目的 Fumagillin is an antimicrobial compound initially produced by species of Aspergillus that exhibits anti-parasitic, antimalarial, anti-fibrotic, anti-angiogenic, and anticancer chemotherapeutic activities. Fumagillin is clinically used to treat microsporidiosis and displays efficacy against Plasmodium, Nosema, and Enterocytozoon. In vivo, fumagillin decreases pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary hypertension, and ventricular remodeling.
