プロベネシド非存在下でのCHO-M1細胞における内因性P2Y受容体のATPに対する応答。40,000細胞/100 μL/wellの濃度でCHO-M1細胞を播種して一晩培養した。HBSSに溶解した4 μMのFluo-4 AM(左)、Cal-520? AM(右)を100 μL添加し、37℃で2時間インキュベートした。色素負荷培地を100 μLのHBSSと置換し、50 μLの300 μM ATPを添加した。細胞はFITCチャンネルを用いて蛍光顕微鏡(オリンパスIX71)で観察した。
