The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for CarbonicAnhydraseIX. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKineTM Human Carbonic Anhydrase IX ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human Carbonic Anhydrase IX proteins within the range of 32-2000 pg/ml.
Three concentrations of recombinant Human Carbonic Anhydrase IX was spiked into various samples to measure the recovery percentage of recombinant protein in duplicate.
Human Carbonic Anhydrase IX recombinant protein was spiked into various biological samples and serial diluted with Assay Diluent 20MX for serum and/or plasma samples and Assay Diluent 1TD for RPMI 10% FBS.
