The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for IFN-gamma. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. Human IFN-gamma recombinant protein was spiked into various biological samples and serial diluted with Assay Diluent 45HB for serum and/or plasma samples and Assay Diluent 1TD for RPMI 10% FBS.
