IHC staining of FFPE human colon cancer tissue using rabbit anti-CEA, mouse anti-smooth muscle actin, and mouse anti-PCNA polyclonal antibodies and Polink TS-MMR-Hu A detection kit [TS301A-18]. The brown (rabbit anti-CEA), red (mouse anti-smooth muscle actin), and emerald green (mouse anti-PCNA) stain indicate positive stain and blue is the counter stain. It is mounted using a permanent organic mounting medium [E37-100].
