Lane 2: 32pg of recombinant GFP protein were spiked into a HeLa cell derived lysates. Lane 3: 16pg of recombinant GFP protein were spiked into a HeLa cell derived lysates. Lane 4: 8pg of recombinant GFP protein were spiked into a HeLa cell derived lysates. Lane 5: 4pg of recombinant GFP protein were spiked into a HeLa cell derived lysates.
