使用目的 |
膜電位アッセイキットです。ABD社独自の長波長の膜電位インジケーター(赤色蛍光色素)により、細胞膜電位の変化を迅速かつ均一に検出します。スクリーニング化合物および細胞の自己蛍光の影響は最小限に抑えられています。
