ELISA plate was coated with purified human IgGκ, IgMκ, IgAκ, IgGλ, IgMλ, and IgAλ and mouse IgG, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Human Kappa, Mouse ads-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 2061-01) followed by Mouse Anti-Goat IgG Fc-HRP (SB Cat. No. 6158-05).
