Blot probed with TP53 monoclonal antibody (M04), clone 2C11 (Cat # H00007157-M04 ). GAPDH ( 36.1 kDa ) used as specificity and loading control.

Detection limit for recombinant GST tagged TP53 is approximately 3ng/ml as a capture antibody.
