The purity of Human CD34 Recombinant monoclonal antibody (Cat. No. BK00003) was greater than 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC.
Purity of Anti-Human CD34 Recombinant Antibody, Functional Grade (BK00003) was determined by SDS-PAGE. The antibody was resolved in an SDS-PAGE in reducing (R) and non-reducing (NR) conditions and stained using Coomassie blue.
Biolayer interferometry (BLI) kinetic assays of BK00003 against Human CD34 were performed. The affinity constant is 17.3 nM.
