1x10^6 Human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Human CD20 (65085-1-Ig, clone: 2H7) labeled with ChemBright CoraLite Plus 750 Antibody Conjugation Kit (PK30034). Cells were not fixed. Cells were treated with Fc Receptor Block prior to staining. Live (PI-) lymphocytes and monocytes were gated.
