Immunofluorescence of MCF-7 cells: PFA-fixed cells were stained with anti-TOM20 (11802-1-AP) with ChemBright FITC Plus Antibody Conjugation Kit (PK30032 green), anti-ZO-1 (21773-1-AP) with ChemBright Biotin (PK30033) and Steptavidin-594 (red), anti-Histone H3 (68345-1-Ig) with ChemBright CoraLite Plus 405 Antibody Conjugation Kit (PK30035 blue).

1x10^6 Human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.5 ug of various Anti-Human antibodies labeled with ChemBright Biotin Antibody Conjugation Kit (PK30033), then washed and stained with Streptavidin-PE (PE-PF00030). Cells were not fixed. Cells were treated with Fc Receptor Block prior to staining. Lymphocytes and monocytes were gated. Left: Anti-Human CD14 (65246-1-Ig, clone: 26IC). Center: Anti-Human CD20 (65085-1-Ig, clone: 2H7). Right: Anti-Human CD8a (65135-1-Ig, clone: OKT8).
