Anti IgG-Specific, Multi-rAb, Recombinant Secondary Antibody  

Various lysates were subjected to SDS-PAGE followed by western blot with EIF3E mouse monoclonal antibody (67095-1-Ig, left panel) and Beta-actin mouse monoclonal antibody (60008-1-Ig, right panel). Multi-rAb HRP-Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1-Specific Recombinant Secondary Antibody were used at 1:20000 for detection. The result shows that the secondary does not react with mouse IgM.

Multi-rAb HRP-Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1-Specific Recombinant Secondary Antibody were used at 1:20000 for detection. The result shows that the secondary does not react with mouse IgA.

Indirect ELISA was performed by coating ag26747 (GPNMB fusion protein) at 70 ng/well, ag0297 (beta actin fusion protein), and ag17916 (Gelsolin fusion protein) at 140ng/well. Corresponding mouse monoclonal antibodies 66926-1-Ig (IgG class), 60008-1-Ig (IgM class), and 66280-1-Ig (IgA class) were used as primary antibodies at 0.1μg/mL. 0.125 μg/mL Multi-rAb HRP-Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-Specific Recombinant Secondary Antibody (RGAM601) was used for detection. The result indicates that RGAM601 strongly binds to Mouse IgG and does not react with Mouse IgM or IgA.
