Immunofluorescence of A431 cells: PFA-fixed cells were stained with rat anti-Tubulin alpha antibody, labeled with FlexAble Biotin Kit (KFA128) and Streptavidin-647 (magenta). Cell nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). This epifluorescence image was acquired at Zeiss Demo Center, Munich, with a 40x objective and post-processed.
