Bassoon was detected in paraffin-embedded sections of rat brain cerebellar molecular layer using mouse anti-Bassoon Antigen Affinity purified monoclonal antibody (Catalog # M04354). The immunohistochemical section was developed using SABC method (Catalog # SA1021).
Western blot analysis of Bassoon expression in MW marker (lane 1) and rat brain extract (lane 2). Bassoon at 400KD was detected using mouse anti-Bassoon Antigen Affinity purified monoclonal antibody (Catalog # M04354) at 1:500-1:1000. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method (Catalog # EK1001).
