Flow cytometry of PBMC. 1X10^6 human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with anti-human CD20 (Human IgG1) labeled with FlexAble Biotin Kit (KFA111) and streptavidin-PE dye. The cells are co-stained with anti-human CD19 (Mouse IgG1, clone 4G7) conjugated with CoraLite Plus 488 (CL488-65197). Note: Cells treated with Endogenous Biotin-Blocking Kit from Thermofisher.
