The alpaca anti-human IgG Fc-specific recombinant VHH [CTK0117] has a very high affinity (KD <10 pM) for human IgG primary antibody.
The affinity of anti-human IgG recombinant VHH towards human IgG1 was determined using biolayer interferometry (BLI). Biotinylated, monoclonal human IgG1 was immobilized on Streptavidin biosensors and assayed with 1.5 to 25 nM of anti-human IgG recombinant VHH. Fit indicates a 1:1 binding model fitted to the data.
