Purity of recombinant human IL-19 was determined by SDS- polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The protein was resolved in an SDS- polyacrylamide gel in reducing and non-reducing conditions and stained using Coomassie blue.
Recombinant human IL-19 (HZ-1332) stimulates dose-dependent proliferation of the NIH/3T3 mouse fibroblast cell line. Viable cell number was quantitatively assessed by Prestoblue Cell Viability Reagent. NIH/3T3 cells were treated with increasing concentrations of recombinant human PDGFbb under low serum conditions for 72hrs. The EC50 was determined using a 4- parameter non-linear regression model. The EC50 values range from 200-1000 ng/mL.
