Flow cytometry of PBMC. 1X10^6 human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with anti-human CD3 (clone UCHT1, 65151-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite Plus 555 Kit (KFA022) and anti-human CD4 (clone OKT4, 65134-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble FITC Plus Kit (KFA068). Cells are not fixed, lymphocytes are gated.
