fixed HeLa cells were stained with anti-Tubulin antibody labeled with FlexAble CoraLite Plus 405 Kit (KFA066, cyan) and anti-HDAC2 (67165-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite Plus 750 Kit (KFA064, red). Epifluorescence images were acquired with a 20x objective and post-processed.
Flow cytometry of PBMC. 1X10^6 human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with anti-human CD3 (clone UCHT1, 65151-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite Plus 555 Kit (KFA022) and anti-human CD4 (clone OKT4, 65134-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite Plus 405 Kit (KFA066). Cells are not fixed, lymphocytes are gated.
