Immunofluorescence of HeLa: PFA-fixed HeLa cells were stained with anti-Tubulin antibody labeled with FlexAble CoraLite Plus 405 Kit (KFA066, cyan) and anti-HDAC2 (67165-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite Plus 750 Kit (KFA064, red). Epifluorescence images were acquired with a 20x objective and post-processed.
Immunofluorescence of HeLa: PFA-fixed HeLa cells were stained with anti-Tom20 (66777-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite Plus 555 Kit (KFA062, red) and anti-PAF49 antibody labeled with FlexAble CoraLite Plus 750 Kit (KFA064, grey). Cell nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). Epifluorescence images were acquired with a 20x objective and post-processed.
Flow cytometry of PBMC. 1X10^6 human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with anti-human CD3 (clone UCHT1, 65151-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble FITC Plus Kit (KFA028) and anti-human CD4 (clone OKT4, 65134-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite Plus 750 Kit (KFA064). Cells are not fixed, lymphocytes are gated.
Western Blot of HeLa and HEK-293 cell lysates were detected with anti-Beta Actin antibody (66009-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite Plus 488 (KFA061) and anti-ANP32B antibody (66160-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite Plus 750 (KFA064).
Western Blot of HeLa and HEK-293 cell lysates were detected with anti-ANP32B antibody (66160-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite Plus 488 (KFA061) and anti-Beta Actin antibody (66009-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite Plus 750 (KFA064).
Western Blot of HeLa and Jurkat cell lysates were detected with anti-Alpha Tubulin antibody (66031-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite Plus 555 (KFA062) and anti-FDPS antibody (67972-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite Plus 750 (KFA064).
