FlexAble CoraLite^(R) Plus 405 Antibody Labeling Kit for Rabbit IgG  

Immunofluorescence of HeLa: PFA-fixed HeLa cells were stained with anti-TOM70 (14528-1-AP) labeled with FlexAble CoraLiteR Plus 405 Kit (KFA006, cyan). Cell nuclei are in red. Confocal images were acquired with a 100x oil objective and post-processed. Images were recorded at the Core Facility Bioimaging at the Biomedical Center, LMU Munich.

Flow cytometry of PBMC. 1X10^6 human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were intracellularly stained with 0.5 μg anti-human P62 (SQSTM1) antibody (18420-1-AP) labeled with FlexAble CoraLiteR Plus 405 Kit (KFA006, cyan) or with 0.5 μg isotype control antibody labeled with FlexAble CoraLiteR Plus 405 Kit (KFA006, red).

Flow cytometry of HEK293. 1X10^6 HEK293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.5 μg anti-human P62 (SQSTM1) antibody (18420-1-AP) labeled with FlexAble CoraLiteR Plus 405 Kit (KFA006, blue) or with 0.5 μg isotype control antibody labeled with FlexAble CoraLiteR Plus 405 Kit (KFA006, red) or with FlexLinker CoraLiteR Plus 405 for rabbit IgG (orange). Unstained HEK293 cells were used as a reference (red).
