The Select-HA LoLadder is a blend of Select-HA molecules with 5 distinct and specific sizes designed as a size standard for gel electrophoresis or other separation techniques. The Select-HA LoLadder spans a range from 30 kDa to 500 kDa. Select-HAa？¢ is a hyaluronic acid (HA) preparation with a consistent and narrow size distribution produced through in vitro synthesis using recombinant Pasteurella multocida hyaluronan synthase. Hyaluronic acid is a high molecular weight anionic polysaccharide (1 000-10 000 kD) made up of repeating disaccharide units. As a key glycosaminoglycan in the extracellular matrix of connective tissue HA's size or chain length can impact various biological processes including proliferation angiogenesis inflammation and binding with different effects observed for high versus low molecular weight HA.Not the MW size range you need?
