The protein was resolved by SDS- polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and the gel was stained with Coomassie blue.
Recombinant human DKK-1 (HZ-1314) inhibits dose-dependent luciferase production by Wnt3A in a HEK293 reporter cell line. Luciferase assay production was assessed by One-Step luciferase assay kit. Hek293 cells were treated with increasing amounts of DKK-1 as well as 150ng/mL of recombinant Wnt3A (HZ-1296) for 6 hours. The EC50 was determined using a 4-parameter non-linear regression model. The EC50 range is 7-70ng/mL.
