Immunohistochemistry of Rabbit Anti HEY1 Antibody. Tissue: Human Cerebellum. Fixative: none. Antigen Retrieval: HIER using Citrate buffer for 20 minutes. Primary Antibody: Anti HEY1 at 1:200 for 30 minutes at RT. Secondary Antibody: Ready to Use Anti Rabbit IgG HRP for 8 minutes at RT. Counterstain: Hematoxylin. Results: HEY1 showed diffuse cytoplasmic/membranous staining of low to moderate intensity of cells in the molecular layer, Pukinje cells layer, and granular cell layer in human cerebellum.
