Immunohistochemistry of Rabbit Anti-HEY1 Antibody. Tissue: Human Cerebellum. Fixative: none. Antigen Retrieval: HIER using Citrate buffer for 20 minutes. Primary Antibody: Anti-HEY1 at 1:200 for 30 minutes at RT. Secondary Antibody: Ready-to-Use Anti-Rabbit IgG HRP for 8 minutes at RT. Counterstain: Hematoxylin. Results: HEY1 showed diffuse cytoplasmic/membranous staining of low to moderate intensity of cells in the molecular layer, Pukinje cells layer, and granular cell layer in human cerebellum.

Western Blot of Rabbit Anti-HEY1 Antibody. Lane 1: Opal PreStained Molecular Weight Marker (p/n MB-210-0500). Lane 2: HEY1 variant 2 human recombinant protein (50ng) [+]. Lane 3: A-172 lysate (p/n W09-001-GL5) (35μg) [+]. Lane 4: Jurkat lysate (p/n W09-001-370) (35μg) [+]. Lane 5: Mouse brain lysate (p/n W10-000-T004) (35μg) [+]. Primary Antibody: Anti-HEY1 at 1:1000 overnight at 2-8°C. Secondary Antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] Mx10 HRP (p/n 611-103-122) at 1:70,000 for 30 minutes at RT. Block: BlockOut Buffer (p/n MB-073). Predicted MW: ~37kDa recombinant, ~33kDa endogenous. Observed: ~35-38kDa. Exposure: 19 sec.
