Total cell lysates from Jurkat cells were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane, and probed with Rabbit Anti-Human DR5-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 6600-01). Proteins were visualized using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), Mouse/Human ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 4050-05) secondary antibody and chemiluminescent detection.
Paraffin embedded NB-9464 induced mouse tumor tissue was stained with anti-KI-67 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), Mouse/Human ads-HRP (SB Cat.
