ELISA plate was coated with purified rabbit IgG and IgM, human IgG, IgM, and IgA, and mouse IgG, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), Mouse/Human ads-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 4050-01) followed by Mouse Anti-Goat IgG Fc-HRP (SB Cat. No. 6158-05).
