ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2a, Human ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 1080-05).
Total cell lysates from mouse thymocytes and Hep G2 cells were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane, and probed with Mouse Anti-Bcl-xL-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 10035-01). Proteins were visualized using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2a, Human ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 1080-05) secondary antibody and chemiluminescent detection.
Paraffin embedded human kidney cancer tissue was stained with Mouse IgG2a-UNLB isotype control (SB Cat. No. 0103-01; left) and Mouse Anti-Human MMP-3-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 12020-01; right) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2a, Human ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 1080-05), DAB, and hematoxylin.
Paraffin embedded human gastric cancer tissue was stained with Mouse IgG2a-UNLB isotype control (SB Cat. No. 0103-01; left) and Mouse Anti-Human MMP-9-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 12025-01; right) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2a, Human ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 1080-05), DAB, and hematoxylin.
