Anti IgG2a (γ2a)  

ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2a, Human ads-AP (SB Cat. No. 1080-04).

Human pancreatic carcinoma cell line MIA PaCa-2 was stained with Mouse Anti-Cytokeratin 8-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 10080-01) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2a, Human ads-AP (SB Cat. No. 1080-04), Red AP, and mounted with Fluoromount-GR (SB Cat. No. 0100-01).

Human pancreatic carcinoma cell line MIA PaCa-2 was stained with Mouse Anti-Cytokeratin 8-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 10080-01; IgG2a) and Mouse Anti-Human MMP-1-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 12011-01; IgG2b) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2a, Human ads-AP (SB Cat. No. 1080-04) and Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2b, Human ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 1090-05), Red AP, DAB, and mounted with Fluoromount-GR (SB Cat. No. 0100-01).

Paraffin embedded human gastric cancer tissue was stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD44-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 9400-01) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2a, Human ads-AP (SB Cat. No. 1080-04), Red AP, hematoxylin, and mounted with Fluoromount-GR (SB Cat. No. 0100-01).

No. 1090-05), Red AP, DAB, and mounted with Fluoromount-GR (SB Cat. No. 0100-01).
