Anti IgG1  

ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1, Human ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 1070-05).

Total cell lysates from HL60 cells were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane, and probed with Mouse Anti-Human Bax-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 10055-01). Proteins were visualized using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1, Human ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 1070-05) secondary antibody and chemiluminescent detection.

Paraffin embedded explanted islet slab was stained with anti-insulin followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1, Human ads-HRP (SB Cat.
