Lane 1 - Mouse IgG1κLane 2 - Mouse IgG2aλLane 3 - Mouse IgG2bκLane 4 - Mouse IgGMouse immunoglobulins above were resolved by electrophoresis under reducing conditions, transferred to PVDF membrane, and probed with Goat Anti-Mouse Kappa-HRP (SB Cat. No. 1050-05; 1:4K). Proteins were visualized using chemiluminescent detection.
Paraffin embedded mouse spleen section was stained with Goat Anti-Mouse Kappa-HRP (SB Cat. No. 1050-05) followed by DAB and hematoxylin.
ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgGκ, IgMκ, IgAκ, IgGλ, IgMλ, and IgAλ. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse Kappa-HRP (SB Cat. No. 1050-05).
