Anti IgA (α)  

ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgA, IgG, and IgM. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgA-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1040-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05).

BALB/c mouse splenocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Mouse CD19-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1576-01) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgA-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1040-08) and Streptavidin-FITC (SB Cat. No. 7100-02).

Paraffin embedded BALB/c mouse colon tissue section was stained with Goat Anti-Mouse IgA-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1040-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05), DAB, and hematoxylin.

Frozen NZB/WF1 mouse spleen section was stained with Goat Anti-Mouse IgA-BIOT (SB Cat.
