BALB/c mouse splenocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Mouse CD19-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1576-01) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgA-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1040-01) and Mouse Anti-Goat IgG Fc-AF488 (SB Cat. No. 6158-30).

Paraffin embedded mouse small intestine tissue section was blocked with Normal Rabbit Serum (SB Cat. No. 0040-01) and stained with Goat Anti-Mouse IgA-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1040-01) followed by Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG(H+L), Human SP ads-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 6164-08), Streptavidin-FITC (SB Cat. No. 7100-02), DAPI, and mounted with Fluoromount-GR Anti-Fade (SB Cat. No. 0100-35).

ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgA, IgG, and IgM. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgA-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1040-01) followed by Mouse Anti-Goat IgG Fc-HRP (SB Cat. No. 6158-05).
