Frozen mouse lymph node section was stained with Goat Anti-Mouse IgM, Human ads-TRITC (SB Cat. No. 1020-03) followed by DAPI.
FLISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgM, IgG, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgM, Human ads-TRITC (SB Cat. No. 1020-03).
