Anti IgM  

FLISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgM, IgG, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgM, Human ads-FITC (SB Cat. No. 1020-02).

Wdpks1Δ-1 yeast cells treated with enzymes, denaturant, and hot acid were stained with anti-melanin followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgM, Human ads-FITC (SB Cat. Frozen mouse lymph node section was stained with Goat IgG-FITC isotype control (SB Cat. No. 0109-02; left) and Goat Anti-Mouse IgM, Human ads-FITC (SB Cat. No. 1020-02; right) followed by DAPI.

Chicken peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Chicken Ia-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 8290-01) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgM, Human ads-FITC (SB Cat. No. 1020-02).
