ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG, IgM, and IgA and human IgG, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse Ig, Human ads-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1010-01) followed by Mouse Anti-Goat IgG Fc-HRP (SB Cat. No. 6158-05).
Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD3-UNLB followed by Goat Anti-Mouse Ig, Human ads-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1010-01) and Mouse Anti-Goat IgG Fc-AF488 (SB Cat. No. 6158-30).
