ELISA plate was coated with serially diluted Rat IgG2b-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 0118-01). Immunoglobulin was detected with Mouse Anti-Rat IgG1-HRP (SB Cat. No. 3060-05), Mouse Anti-Rat IgG2a-HRP (SB Cat. No. 3065-05), Mouse Anti-Rat IgG2b-HRP (SB Cat. No. 3070-05), Mouse Anti-Rat IgG2c-HRP (SB Cat. No. 3075-05), and Mouse Anti-Rat IgM-HRP (SB Cat. No. 3080-05) and quantified.
Frozen mouse spleen tissue was stained with Rat IgG2b-UNLB isotype control (SB Cat. No. 0118-01; left) and Rat Anti-Mouse Ly-6G/Ly-6C-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1900-01; right) followed by Mouse Anti-Rat IgG2b-FITC (SB Cat. No. 3070-02) and DAPI.
