Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD3-UNLB followed by Goat F(ab’)2 IgG-BIOT (SB Cat No. 0110-08; gray) and Goat F(ab’)2 Anti-Mouse IgG1, Human ads-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1072-08) then Streptavidin-FITC (SB Cat. No. 7100-02).
ELISA plate was coated with Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG Fab-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 6022-01) and Mouse Anti-Goat IgG Fc-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 6158-01). Serially diluted Goat F(ab’)2 IgG-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 0110-08) was captured followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05) and quantified.
