Immunohistochemical staining using Rockland's monoclonal anti-Apaf1 antibody at 0.5 μg/ml shows detection of Apaf1 in K562 cells. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde.
Western blot using Rockland's monoclonal anti-Apaf1 antibody shows detection of a single band at ~130 kDa corresponding to Apaf1 in K562 cell lysate. The primary antibody was used at 250 ng/ml (lane A) and 500 ng/ml (lane B).
