Soluble in ethanol (20 mg/mL), or acetone. 使用目的 Indomethacin is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that exhibits anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic, tocolytic, and anti-metastatic activities. Indomethacin is a non-selective COX-1 and COX-2 inhibitor that is clinically used to treat headaches; like other NSAIDs, indomethacin may induce intestinal damage or gastric lesions. Indomethacin delays premature labor in clinical settings by decreasing uterine contractility.
