TrueblotR magnetic beads have approximately 1.5 to 3-fold higher binding capacity compared to beads from competitors 1 and 2 respectively. Magnetic beads (100 μg) were incubated with 12.5, 25, and 50 μg of purified rabbit IgG. Binding was calculated using BCA protein assay by subtracting amount of IgG in flow through from IgG loaded onto the beads.
