使用目的 F-Actin標識用キットです。オレンジの蛍光色素ファロイジンがF-Actinに選択的に結合します。TRITCフィルターで蛍光観察が可能で、ホルムアルデヒド固定・透過処理された組織切片、細胞または無細胞の実験系でお使いいただけます。
