使用目的 |
生細胞のリソソーム染色用キットです。ABD社独自の疎水性緑色蛍光色素はリソソームのpH勾配によってリソソームに選択的に蓄積され、強い蛍光を発します。FITCフィルターとの互換性があり、蛍光顕微鏡、フローサイト、マイクロプレートアッセイ等の幅広いプラットフォームでご使用可能で、増殖/非増殖(浮遊/接着)の両細胞でお使いいただけます。細胞接着、走化性、多剤耐性、細胞生存、アポトーシス、細胞毒性等の研究に有用です。
