Immunofluorescence of B-raf. Tissue: Human Small Intestine tissue. Fixation: 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed. Primary Antibody: B-raf at 20 μg/mL. Secondary: goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody at 1:500 dilution (red).
Immunohistochemistry of B-raf. Tissue: Human Small Intestine Tissue. Fixation: paraffin-embedded, fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 10% serum for 1 h at RT. Antigen retrieval: heat mediation with a citrate buffer (pH6). Primary Antibody: anti-B-raf antibody at 2.5 μg/ml overnight at 4°C. Secondary: goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:250. Counter stained with Hematoxylin.
Western Blot of B-raf. Load: 15 μg of lysates per lane. Primary Antibodies: Top: chicken B-raf at 0.5 μg/mL, Middle: rabbit B-raf (p/n 600-401-Z87) at 0.5 μg/mL, and Bottom: GAPDH at 0.02 μg/mL for 1h incubation at RT in 5% NFDM/TBST. Secondary: Goat anti-chicken or goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP conjugate at 1:10000 dilution.
Western Blot of B-raf. Load: 15 μg of Human Brain tissue lysates per lane.Antibodies: B-raf at (A: 1 μg/mL; B: 2 μg/mL) for 1h incubation at RT in 5% NFDM/TBST. Secondary: Goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP conjugate at 1:10000 dilution.
